1992年9月——1995年7月：山西大学生命科学系动物学专业攻读硕士学位。

► 研究领域

中国蜜蜂类的分类与系统学

► 研究兴趣

一：中国隧蜂科的系统学研究，着重关注分布于中国隧蜂科种类的分类、营巢习性、社会性等级及传粉生物学等方面的内容；

二：全球变化对蜜蜂类传粉昆虫多样性格局的影响及其与重要的农林果树等作物产量间的关系，关注我国在当前全球变化的背景下，蜜蜂类传粉昆虫多样性格局在群落\种群、物种、基因多态性不同层次水平上的改变，以及这种改变对我国重要的农林果树等作物产量的关系；

三：蜜蜂类昆虫防御病菌的方式及天然免疫系统的进化，以蜜蜂类为主要对象，探讨其免疫有关的基因，通过生物信息学的方法，推测蜜蜂类昆虫天然免疫系统的进化趋势，或以蜜蜂类中不同等级社会性的种类为研究模式，分析不同社会等级的蜜蜂在防御病菌方式方面存在的差异。

► 获奖情况

攻读博士学位期间，曾于2001年11月获“广学动物系统学研究生教育奖励基金”一等奖。
